White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs tells CNN that Twitter is blocked by White House IT. Kind of makes one wonder if they use the same tricks everybody else does to publish the White House Twitter feed.

A guy pissed in a bag full of $206 worth of coins and sent it to the court house to pay his fine. The court sent it back and has declared that the balence is still outstanding.

I’m wondering if it was legal for them to send it back. Coins are legal tender for all debts, public and private. A speeding ticket is a debt of a private party owed to the public. They had to accept those coins, and are in violation of the law for rejecting them.

Ronald Reagan

Today is Ronald Reagan’s birthday. I’m a little bothered by the fact that I have not even heard this mentioned on any of the radio that I have heard yet today, seeing as he was, like, a President or something.

I’m not sure if I really want to call this Reagan day. What I really celebrate today is Freedom as an ideal, and Reagan doesn’t completely represent that.

But he’s so damn close. Gotta love him.
