Just for the record, the previous title for this post was ‘Funny Racism’. I have since decided that that racism, even at it’s most misdirected (though it is inherently so) condition, is never ever funny.
Also, this has raised an issue for me of how much changing of old posts is ok. For now, I’ve concluded that any change I make to a published post is going to be thoroughly annotated with dates and reasons why the change was made. I have no desire to hide what I’ve said in the past, but I do want to set the record straight about what I think now.
